The conference has arranged for a limited number of rooms at a reduced rate at the following hotel, which is a free shuttle ride away from the conference venue.

The ONLY way to secure the discounted rate (standard: $174; deluxe with two double beds: $214) is to CALL the hotel and identify yourself as a conference attendee. We offer the link to the Stanford Guest House website here only for purposes of orientation; it is not possible to book rooms through the website at the discounted rate. Please note that the discounted rate is only available until November 29, 2019. There are other options, but this is the only hotel accessible via free shuttle to the conference facilities. If you make a room reservation and then decide not to attend the conference, please cancel your room reservation by November 29, 2019. Otherwise the ABS/MSA may be charged for the room.
